i hope everyone had a great thanksgiving! and even though im 9000 miles away i was still able to have an amazing turkey dinner!
sarah's mom was in town for the week and she made an amazing dinner for our friends and sarah's corridor mates. it was complete with turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberries, and 4 pumpkin pies!!!
sarah and i made table decorations the night before so even our table was festive.
but now that thanksgiving is over its time for CHRISTMAS! we all have started playing our christmas music and listening to nsync and their "happy holiday". plus the town is covered in christmas lights and christmas trees. they are everywhere! they have put up a tree in any open space throughout town. seriously. i've counted about 10 already that are spread all around town. and they have hung up little glittery snowflakes in a park by the train station, lights and wreaths on just about every street, lights on the trees on the sidewalks, and so much more.
yesterday sam, emi and i bought train tickets to go to stockholm on dec. 5th. im excited to go because all of the christmas markets will be set up by then and it might snow while we're there so im sure it will be beautiful.
i hope you all are full from a good turkey dinner and i cant wait to see everyone in 3 weeks!!
